My experience and background in business development, interim management and strategic planning has allowed me to work as an executive consultant and deal broker for international talents, Eastern European executives as well as for domestic and foreign entertainment, trading and industrial corporations.

My work in the area of trading, financial services and logistics included deal brokering, negotiations with global corporations, development of strategic papers, advising clients regarding new markets in Eastern Europe and help them to start up and operate successful subdivisions in countries like Germany, Russia, the Ukraine and the UK as well as brokering and overseeing financial deals with international banks.

In the entertainment and media industry my duties included negotiations with media and entertainment companies for development and acquisition of scripted and non-scripted projects, advising international media companies in terms of programming, new-media and sales, broker television deals for talents and supporting independent entertainment professionals in all matters of acquisition, development, production and marketing.
